Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Astoria, OR area. What You'll Do

• Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active SLPA License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
