We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead field safety initiatives supporting the installation of architectural glass and glazing systems. Project Scope

The Safety Manager will support operations involving:

• Curtain wall systems

• Storefront systems and doors

• Commercial windows

• Skylights

• Office glass partitions

• Heavy glass entry systems

• Architectural glass and glazing installations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the company's jobsite safety program

• Conduct field inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments

• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are completed

• Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training

• Monitor compliance with OSHA requirements and established company procedures

• Partner with project leadership, supervisors, field employees, and subcontractors to promote safe work practices

• Review job hazard analyses and site-specific safety plans

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns

• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and training documentation

• Provide hands-on coaching to strengthen safety awareness and accountability in the field

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 500

• 5-10 years of relevant construction safety experience

• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices

• Demonstrated experience leading field safety programs and working directly with construction crews

• Strong communication, training, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel as required for company-related business
