Project Scope
The Safety Manager will support operations involving:

Curtain wall systems
-
Storefront systems and doors
-
Commercial windows
-
Skylights
-
Office glass partitions
-
Heavy glass entry systems
-
Architectural glass and glazing installations
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and administer the company's jobsite safety program
-
Conduct field inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments

Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are completed

Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training
-
Monitor compliance with OSHA requirements and established company procedures
-
Partner with project leadership, supervisors, field employees, and subcontractors to promote safe work practices

Review job hazard analyses and site-specific safety plans

Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns
-
Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and training documentation

Provide hands-on coaching to strengthen safety awareness and accountability in the field
Required Qualifications

OSHA 500
-
5-10 years of relevant construction safety experience

Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices
-
Demonstrated experience leading field safety programs and working directly with construction crews

Strong communication, training, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel as required for company-related business
