Partner with CEO, strategic partners and executive leadership to develop strategy and reach financial goals. Competitive compensation and generous benefits   #CEO123 QualificationsThe right candidate will possess the following:   Proven executive-level financial leadership experience (healthcare strongly preferred) Deep knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory environments Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels   QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years in a healthcare financial leadership role. Preferred Experience: 5 Years in a healthcare financial leadership role in a critical access hospital. Education: Minimum Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred Education: Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting.  Certifications: Minimum Required Certifications: None Preferred Certifications: CPA
