The Occupational Therapist will work under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services. The Occupational Therapy position will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services for goal-directed, purposeful activity to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitate the learning of adaptive skills by individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological impairments, deficits of self-care due to age of pathology, and/or developmental disabilities.  Such therapy is designed to maximize independence, prevent further disability and maintain health. Duties may include but are not limited to: Able to work as a member of a team and also independently. Understand and follow safe work practices. Ensure that all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
