Driving School Instructor Part-Time

AAA East Central has an immediate need for Driver Training Instructors in the Athens area. This position is part-time, as needed and offers flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends. The hours and days per week vary based upon student demand. This position pays $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include teaching behind the wheel driver training to novice or beginning drivers of all ages, conducting lessons efficiently and timely, providing courteous and helpful service to members and non-members, conducting lessons with concern for driving safety, and communicating appropriate information and recommendations to students, parents, and/or guardians. Qualifications include passing extensive background checks, possessing a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, providing proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire, and having a high school diploma.
