As a Prep Cook, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional meals by preparing fresh ingredients with consistency, accuracy, and care. Your work helps ensure the kitchen is ready to execute every shift while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

We're looking for dependable Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and are eager to learn and grow in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities
    • Prepare vegetables, fruits, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
    • Complete daily prep lists efficiently and accurately.
    • Label, date, and properly store all food products following food safety guidelines.
    • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary prep stations and kitchen equipment.
    • Monitor product quality and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
    • Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen inventory.
    • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager and Back of House Captain regarding product needs and shortages.
    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
    • Support fellow Team Members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
    • Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
    • Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.
    • Passion for food and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to follow recipes and prepare food consistently.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
    • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
