Yourrole involves:

• Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedof hemodialysis.
• Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedof hemodialysis. 
  Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

• CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
• CPR certification
• ACLSwithin1yearof hire
• CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon’thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtain it!)
• 6monthsdialysisnursingexperience required.
• 1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsetting preferred.
