What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems Complete both in-shop and field service work Accurately document all diagnostics and repairs Manage billable time and assigned work orders Support customer clinics and education events Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment QualificationsWhat You Bring Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems (Service ADVISOR a plus) Ability to work independently and on a team Own tools and ability to handle physical job demands High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus) #GMT
