You should be comfortable balancing scheduled work, emergency repairs, and rotating on-call responsibilities. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For 1+ years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
