Your Mission
As our New Car Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading one of the most important departments in our dealership.
You'll:
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a championship-caliber sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor future automotive professionals.
- Drive new vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside dealership leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals.
- Manage inventory and manufacturer programs.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continued success.
- Foster a culture built on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Lead by example every single day.
