The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for organizing and coordinating nursing care for groups of patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school, hold a current Alabama RN License, and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
The position requires monitoring patient status, evaluating progress, and performing treatments while documenting clinical observations.
The RN will also participate in the orientation and training of new personnel, contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
The salary is competitive, and candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience to qualify for this role.

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and coordinates the delivery of nursing care to groups of patients in compliance with hospital and departmental policies, protocols and procedures. He/she provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating patient progress and the effectiveness of interventions, and by performing treatments and procedures. He/she recognizes, reports and documents clinical observations. The Registered Nurse participates in orientation, training and management of personnel.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current AL RN License. BLS required.
