Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000– $50,000

What You'll Be Responsible For
As Spa Sales Manager, your success will be measured by key business metrics, including:
- Increase Net Membership Conversion
- Tracking and Training on Client Retention
- LMT/LE Utilization and Turn-over Rate
Additional responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching Spa Associates to achieve sales goals
- Driving membership sales and retention initiatives
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members
- Managing schedules and daily spa operations
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
Qualifications
Required:
- Consistent track record of achieving sales goals
- Experience coaching and developing employees
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred:
- Active Massage Therapy License
- Experience in a membership-based business
- Spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail management experience
