Job Summary:
- Assemble medical components and sub-components by use of manual or automated tools. Emphasis on quality, a dedication to performing work accurately, and keen attention is a must.
- Perform tasks under supervision from detailed work instructions and per drawing requirements.
- Perform assembly operations according to the production schedule.
- Communicate with the Production team to ensure that all products are produced in a timely manner, are in compliance with quality standards, and meet company goals.
- Comply with and maintain 5S and safe work environment practices.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Exercises working knowledge of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars and inserts used on various machines.
- Read drawings and specifications with an understanding of geometric tolerances and dimensions.
- Adheres to safety and quality standards, and dedication to reporting and correcting all issues.
- Calculates dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Works independently and requires self-motivation.
- Regular duties include the ability to read, understand, and follow established processes and instructions, accurately complete paperwork required for production records.
- Tools used regularly include mics, calipers, drills, vision systems, multiple measuring devises including comparators, height gages etc., and multiple hand tools.Â
- Responsible for adhering to all company safety and OSHA regulations.
- Responsible for adhering to Quality Assurance Program regulations.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
Works overtime, as required. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
