Job Description:

The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the monitoring and maintenance of the organization’s computer hardware and software. This individual participates in the onboarding, installation, and maintenance of all employee computer systems, while providing efficient customer service to all employees. Up to 10% travel may be required.   

What You'll Do: 

  • Maintain and provide technical support to the company’s computer systems, including, but not limited to: software programs, hardware devices, operating systems, mobile devices, printers, faxing products, and phone configurations. 

  • Address daily individual user problems and provides solutions in a timely manner. 

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the Technical Support Analysts and supports training and development as necessary. 

  • Install and configure the appropriate hardware, systems, and applications for users. Ensures new users are equipped with the appropriate technical devices and support.    

  • Diagnose and resolves recurring hardware and software faults as needed.    

  • Perform analyses, testing, and updates of computer and hardware systems. Diagnoses and solves recurring hardware and software faults to ensure the most efficient computer systems and devices for users.    

What We're Looking For: 

  • Familiarity with Windows AutoPilot required

  • Familiarity with Windows Cloud PC required

  • 3+ years experience in related field (Desktop Support, Desktop Admin.) preferred

  • Knowledge of PC, network, hardware, and software installation and configuration preferred

  • CompTIA and/or Microsoft certifications a plus
