Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate who will serve as a key representative of the Beloform Craft brand. This role focuses on delivering an elevated in-store experience, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and driving sales performance through product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Provide detailed product information and recommendations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Monitor inventory levels and support restocking efforts
