The Maintenance Lead enhances the reputation of AHF by utilizing prior experience and supervisory skills to ensure that all applicable maintenance and renovation work is completed successfully and in a timely manner. This role requires very good communication and interpersonal skills, team management and mastering the ability to detect any malfunctions and conduct repairs at AHF locations. Compliance with industry standards and safety conditions is paramount.Ā
