Business Process Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Process Owner (Plex) - Sales located in Michigan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end Sales / Order Fulfillment processes and applications including (Plex, Sales Configuration)
• Compile and create process documentation, providing training to sales/ordre fufillment team members across the business including new team members that join the company.
• Prioritizing critical business projects and enhancements in coordination with IT.
• Drive master data accuracy and ownership within finance applications to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare all required KPI report requirements and work with IT to obtain data sources and integrations required to build and support them.
• Test system changes and support project deliverables to implement new systems, modules, or enhancements.
• Proactively including and communicating business process changes within the organizational structure and to the impacted cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating and advising SMEs to continuously improve processes/systems that are hindering productivity. Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
