Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
• Knowledge of safety standards in food production and handling practices within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Strong culinary skills including knife proficiency, slicing techniques, and meal preparation expertise
• Familiarity with food safety management systems and food handling regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
