DESCRIPTIONĀ
Weāre looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and scale the end-to-end email lifecycle acrossāÆSinchāÆMailgunāÆand SinchāÆMailjet. This roleāÆis responsible forāÆdriving engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic, data-driven email programs.āÆĀ
What Youāll Do:Ā
Ā
Own the full email lifecycle for a PLG business across two brands, including lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, upgrade, and expansion campaignsāÆĀ
Own the end-to-end creation of email campaigns, from ideation and project management to copywriting, segmentation, execution, and reportingāÆĀ
Develop andāÆmaintaināÆthe overall email lifecycle strategy and email calendarāÆĀ
Build and executeāÆlocalized and personalizedāÆGTM campaignsāÆusing logic and customer data to tailor messaging by lifecycle stage, plan type, and behaviorāÆĀ
ManageāÆwebinarāÆand virtual event promotion campaignsāÆĀ
Regularly collaborate with TAMs, product, product marketing, data, support, marketing, and growth teams onāÆcustomer initiativesāÆĀ
Design and run A/BāÆtests;āÆreport on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvementāÆĀ
Track and report ARR influenced by email campaignsāÆĀ
Monitor sending domain health, deliverability, andāÆmaintaināÆaudience list healthāÆthrough ongoing segmentation, suppression, and hygiene practicesāÆĀ
Send recurring, localized,āÆblogāÆnewslettersāÆand customer newslettersāÆĀ
Monitor and manage replies from campaign sends and routeāÆsupport-related inquiries to theāÆappropriate teamsāÆĀ

REQUIREMENTSĀ
5+ years of experience in full lifecycle email marketing
Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, industry trends,āÆand regulationsāÆincluding CAN-SPAM and GDPRāÆĀ
Comfortable buildingāÆemails in Parcel using a drag-and-drop email design system, but must have basic HTML experienceāÆĀ
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing in a PLG or SaaS environmentāÆĀ
Working knowledge of HTML for email editing and troubleshootingāÆĀ
ExperienceāÆmonitoringāÆdeliverability andāÆmaintainingāÆlist healthāÆĀ
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on performance and translate data into actionāÆĀ
Experience with Customer.io,āÆParcel,āÆGoldcast, Asana, and Email on Acid; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plusāÆĀ

Salary:Ā
The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.Ā This role will be accepting applications untilĀ February 10,Ā 2026Ā at aĀ minimum.
