Sr Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $65.00/hr - $95.00+

Looking for a strong Data Analyst with experience and expertise interpreting data gathered from various sources and interpret patterns and trends and turn it into information which offers ways to improve business.
This is a highly visible role with having insight captured and presented in front of VPs and other leaders.
The Data Analyst needs to be a strong communicator with passion for finding the signal in data and ability to come up with suggestions on improvements to applications and metrics to be measured. Should be comfortable enough to communicate with the developers, business analysts, user experience and product teams and the leadership in influencing the change based on the data.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to design and develop schemas and data acquisition, transformations, and data integration.
• Develop and utilize software to interface big data and relational solutions
• Design and implement solutions for metadata, data quality, privacy management.
• Support and consult with the development staff.
• Collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results, coming up with timely insights
• Reporting the results back to the stakeholders and leaders
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Working alongside teams to establish business needs based on the data insights
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes
  
  Qualifications - Required:
• Technical Degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of working driving changes in ecommerce / mobile applications based on data analysis
• Extensive experience creating dashboards with Power BI
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
