Engineer LeadLocation: Ideal candidates will live in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pmThe Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms.How you will make an impact:Act as Subject Matter Expert for Siebel CRM systems.Act as IT system point of contact for Siebel Sales and Marketing systems during Annual Enrollment Period.Act as primary IT contact for Siebel CRM systems, interfacing daily with business for operational and project work.Conduct functional/high level design (HLD) and technical design/low level design (LLD) documents for changes to Siebel CRM systems.Coordinate with IT teams to plan and execute system road maps, system upgrades, system maintenance, and monthly change deployments.Analyze existing configuration applets, views, screens, business components and business objects.Create and modify PL/SQL stored procedures and shell scripting.Create EIM jobs for data load in Siebel & create IFB files for EIM jobs.Validate application functionality and performance for existing benchmarks.Define and design required configuration changes to Siebel object such as business objects, business components, Integration objects and web/REST services.Configure business objects, applets, views, screens, link, joins, business component user properties.Create and track service requests with Oracle for identified product issues.Perform test plan preparation and unit and system testing.Work with QA group to resolve identified defects.Work closely with data architecture on data modeling.Analyze existing configuration, repository, integration objects, current customization and map to new product features.Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure teams and oversee all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.Design comprehensive technical solutions based on business requirements and defined technology standards; work with architecture to update technology direction and strategy.Coordinate with IT teams to plan and execute system road maps, system upgrades, system maintenance, and monthly change deployments.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).Additional Requirements:Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation must include:Five (5) years with each of the following: Siebel 8.1.x; Siebel Innovation Packs on upgrades, administration, and maintenance including development, configuration and integration with other systems.Defining business process using configuration of applets, views, screens, business components and business objects.Siebel eAI - Integration Workflows, Integration Objects, Siebel Adapters, Web Services, Data Transformation Engine, VBC, DTD, XSD, COM interfaces.Siebel integration with CTI solution using GPlus Voice adapter and Siebel Communications drivers or Genesys. Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) using Avaya Voice solution.Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following:Development of business processes using Siebel Innovation Pack 2017 and higher versions including application interface and Siebel application.Agile delivery using JIRA and confluence tools.Must have two (2) years of experience in Siebel upgrade project full life cycle implementation.
