This position is a hybrid role that requires the Executive Assistant to work in the Alpharetta office up to minimum 2-3 times per week, however should be in the office when their executives are in as needed. Major/Key Accountabilities include providing full administrative and organizational support for multiple senior leaders, proactive coordination of scheduling and travel across multiple time zones, coordination of internal and external meetings including booking, logistics, communication, payment, processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses using company specific systems, producing high quality documents for various forums, organizing projects and business initiatives, developing strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands, providing administrative back-up, and working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Qualifications include strong Microsoft Office knowledge, relevant administrative qualifications, knowledge of purchase order and travel systems preferred, and relevant experience supporting executives in a complex fast paced environment. Skills required include first class organizational skills, advanced computer literacy, excellent communication, good analytical skills, high drive for results, and ability to work independently.
