Job Summary:
The Quantitative Analyst is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing advanced quantitative models to support risk management, financial forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role leverages statistical, mathematical, and programming expertise to analyze complex data sets, ensure model accuracy, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and validate statistical and financial models for risk assessment, forecasting, and portfolio management; analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; collaborate with risk, finance, IT, and business units to optimize model performance and integration; monitor and report on model performance metrics; resolve complex modeling and analytical issues; develop and implement process improvements to enhance model accuracy and efficiency; maintain accurate and up-to-date model documentation; support model governance and audit processes; stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes; provide training and mentorship to junior analysts.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; 

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantitative analysis, model development, or related roles; 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, risk management, and regulatory requirements; excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with modeling software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS); outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.
