Summary: The Lead, Warehouse Worker is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse staff in day-to-day tasks including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory movement.
Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing guidance to warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
