Main Accountabilities
1.Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and objectives.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and meet enterprise objectives.
3. Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.
4. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
5. Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: supervising 1 or 2 junior people
Scope: Portfolio value : +10 m€
Decision Making / Activity:
- Accounts are typically at the division or national level and are complex in nature
- Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
