Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide technical support for the hospital’s web environments to ensure performance, availability, and security.
  • Responsible for general management of the development and production web servers.
  • Responsible for development and support of hospital’s ITSM environment.
  • Responsible for development and support of hospital’s CRM environment.
  • Responsible for development and support of hospital’s reporting and analytic environments.
  • Maintain an issues work list and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.
  • Provide primary support and maintenance for core systems as determined by the Application Services Coordinator or Manager.
  • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Immediately reports and mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to the director.
  • Qualifications

    Required:

  • B.S. degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • Two (2) years web application development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred:

  • Five (5) plus years information systems experience
  • Webmaster certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or SalesForce development
  • Experience with SSRS and/or PowerBI
  • Experience in project management
  • Work Hours:

    7am - 4pm
