Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and visibility across multiple projects, supporting both accounting integrity and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
ā Maintain and manage QuickBooks accounting system
ā Perform job costing and track project-level financials
ā Handle project billing, invoicing, and collections
ā Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
ā Prepare timely financial reports for executive review
ā Support budgeting and forecasting processes
ā Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
Qualifications:
ā Experience with QuickBooks required
ā Background in construction, roofing, or restoration accounting preferred
ā Strong understanding of job costing and project billing
ā High attention to detail and accuracy
ā Ability to meet deadlines and produce timely financials
ā Strong communication skills and ability to work with leadership
