About the Role
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to lead outside sales efforts for a full-service restoration company serving the greater Atlanta market. In this role, you will build and manage a referral network of property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners — positioning our company as the go-to partner for water, fire, mold, storm, and contents restoration.
Â
This is a high-visibility, high-reward role for a self-starter who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and understands the referral-driven nature of the restoration industry. You will have the backing of an experienced operations and production team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: opening doors and closing relationships.
Â
What You'll Do
•       Build and maintain a robust referral network with insurance agents, adjusters, TPAs, property managers, HOAs, real estate agents, and commercial facility managers
•       Conduct daily outside sales calls, site visits, and relationship touches across the Atlanta metro area
•       Represent the company at industry events, networking groups (BNI, REIA, local chambers), and trade associations
•       Respond to inbound leads and coordinate with production/estimating teams to ensure seamless client handoffs
•       Track sales activity, pipeline, and referral source performance using CRM tools
•       Develop territory plans to maximize market penetration and referral source density
•       Collaborate with ownership and operations to develop marketing materials, service presentations, and pricing proposals
•       Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Â
What We're Looking For
Required
•       2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally within restoration, construction, property services, insurance, or an adjacent industry
•       Demonstrated ability to build referral-based pipelines through consistent field activity and relationship management
•       Strong presentation, communication, and follow-up skills — you are comfortable in front of adjusters, executives, and property owners alike
•       Self-directed with the discipline to manage a full-territory schedule without daily supervision
•       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily field travel throughout Atlanta metro
Â
Preferred
•       Existing relationships with insurance adjusters, TPAs, or property management companies in the Atlanta market
•       Familiarity with restoration industry workflows (mitigation, remediation, reconstruction) and insurance claims processes
•       Experience with industry-specific CRMs or tools (Xactimate, PSA, JobNimbus, or similar)
•       Background in water, fire, mold, or storm restoration sales — or general contractor business development
