Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta, GA 30338Salary Range: $10.00 - $13.00 HourlyJob Purpose: The Car Wash Associate - Detailer is responsible for performing high-quality interior and exterior cleaning and detailing services on guest vehicles. This includes drying the exterior, vacuuming the interiors, cleaning the glass, and completing basic detail services such as waxing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, leather and vinyl care, and headlight restoration. Detailers utilize professional detailing equipment and adhere to all training procedures to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.    Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent quality and customer service at all times  Follow all Mr. Clean Car Wash training and detail procedures Follow safety standards per operations and safety manuals  Dry vehicle exteriors and clean interior surfaces  Perform detail services such as a wax, carpet/upholstery shampoo, leather/vinyl care, and headlight restoration Operate detailing equipment (buffers, extractors, air tools)  Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times  Keep towels and supplies stocked Wash and dry towels using the site laundry machines  Greet guests by name when possible in finishing/detail lanes  Present vthe ehicle to the guest, confirm satisfaction, and thank them Assist with site cleanliness (lot, windows, bathrooms, lobby, tunnel equipment)  Hold promotional signage near the street when assigned  Notify management of safety issues, equipment concerns, or guest feedback  Perform other job duties as assigned by management  QualificationsJob Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift  Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift  Positive attitude and strong communication skills  Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles    Minimum Qualifications:  Must be at least 16 years of age Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant, or to move guest vehicles  Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
