Position Snapshot
- Setting: Inpatient Cardiovascular Anesthesia at CHRISTUS St. Michael (Level III Trauma Center); support for Wadley Regional Emergency Dept\
- Case Mix: CABG, VALVE, TAVR, Thoracotomy, VATS, Robotic Lung, Endovascular procedures, EP Lab, DC/CV, TEE
- Team: Supportive team of CRNAs (non-cardiac focus), 2 MDs + locums, with the goal of 3 full-time MDs
-  Call: 1:3, no in-house call; weekend call is Friday–Sunday, rarely called in after hours
-  Work Hours: Monday–Friday, ~7 AM – 4 PM
- Â EMR: EPIC
- Facility: 312-bed acute care hospital with 129-acre campus; dyad leadership model (clinical + admin)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $686,000
- Incentives:
- $10,000 quality bonus
- Â $4,000 annual CME stipend
- Â Up to $100,000 signing bonus (negotiable based on experience)
- Â Full relocation support

- Paid Time Off: 8 weeks
Requirements
- Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology
- Â Must have cardiac experience; formal fellowship not required
- Â Must be able to perform and interpret TEEs (pre and post)
- Â H1B visa sponsorship available (J1 not supported)
- New fellowship graduates welcome

Location – Texarkana, TX
- Â No state income tax (including the Arkansas side of Texarkana)
