Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist – Inpatient & Residential

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Atlanta. This full-time opportunity focuses on inpatient and residential psychiatric care for children and adolescents ages 6–17 in a supportive and collaborative treatment environment.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions including trauma-related disorders, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and general child and adolescent psychiatric conditions.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time position 
  • Inpatient and residential child/adolescent psychiatry 
  • Patient population ages 6–17 
  • Diverse clinical caseload including: 
    • Trauma and PTSD 
    • Autism spectrum disorders 
    • Mood and anxiety disorders 
    • ADHD and behavioral disorders 
    • General child & adolescent psychiatry 
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team 
  • Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, social workers, and behavioral health professionals 
  • Supportive administrative and clinical leadership 
  • Call schedule: 
    • One night per week 
    • One weekend per month 
  • Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership development

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry 
  • Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred 
  • Active or eligible for Georgia medical license 
  • DEA registration or eligibility 
  • Passion for collaborative and patient-centered psychiatric care
