Hourly Wage & Benefits

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour-$20.00 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Key Purpose

As a Compliance Coordinator with ISS Facility Services, you will provide oversight compliance to ensure all regulatory companies, policies and procedures are followed. This is a supervisory role, and this individual will be expected to

approach leads and cabin cleaners to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities Include

  • Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures, and stop at risk behavior of others and self
  • Audit day-to-day operations for regulatory and procedural compliance
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions where discrepancies are identified
  • Perform thorough quality checks
  • Ensure 100% compliance with the AA Cabin Appearance Manual
  • Provide feedback to correct performance failures
  • Track training and develop a plan to ensure all staff are 100% compliant on training records
  • Ensure all safety cards are current in stock
  • Report to Cabin Service Management with audit findings
  • Meet with ISS GM to discuss any training and audit information
  • Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled
  • Fill in during staff shortage
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Experience

  • Have the ability to recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systems
  • Must be able to understand safety requirements and company handbook expectations
  • Must be able to provide top notch customer service to ISS customers and guests
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language)
  • Possess solid written and oral communication skills
  • Have strong organizational and team building skills
  • Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

  • Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
  • Walking up and down stairs continuously
  • Hearing Protection is required while working on the ramp
  • Exposure to all outside weather conditions
  • Will be working with chemicals in a confined space
