As the Coordinator of Customer Onboarding, you will facilitate the implementation of the customer agreement within the Hapag Lloyd organization. This includes providing timely responses to customer inquiries; preparing schedule of contacts for customers in the onboarding process and collaborating with sales, finance, operations, and customer service as needed to assure timely execution of service delivery requirement according to the terms & conditions of the customer agreement.
