This program is based in the state of Indiana, so applicants will need to live or relocate anywhere within the state.  

We’re looking for:
✔️ Recent Ag graduates and entry-level professionals
✔️ Early stage farmers or those deciding to return back to the their family farm/the industry
✔️ Ag retail and input sales professionals
✔️ Relationship-driven sales leaders ready to own their future

Through a structured Dealer-in-Development program, you’ll gain hands-on training in:
 • Seed sales & customer acquisition
 • Agronomy & product knowledge
 • Business planning & financial fundamentals
 • Territory development & market strategy
