Director of Accounting, BroadPeak UAE

BroadPeak is building a shared-services accounting function in Dubai, UAE to run the books for our US, UK, and China companies. This role owns that function end-to-end — delivered through a team across our Pakistan office and India partners, on NetSuite and QuickBooks. You bring order, control, and a clean close across three jurisdictions.

This role supports companies across that portfolio.

The Role

You own the full accounting cycle across our US, UK, and China entities — month-end close, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, intercompany, reconciliations, reporting, and controls — on NetSuite and QuickBooks. You hire and lead a UAE team and direct scaled accounting delivery across our Pakistan office and India partners. You are the reliable, single line of accountability to US finance.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on NetSuite and QuickBooks — you've run close cycles in both, not just reviewed the output.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency close ownership across jurisdictions.
• A qualified accountant — CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• UAE team-building experience — you've hired and managed a team in Dubai / the UAE. (Required.)
• Distributed leadership — you've managed offshore accounting teams.
• 8–12+ years, including several leading accounting teams with close ownership.
• On-site in Dubai, UAE, working hours overlapping the US East Coast morning (approximately 1:00–10:00 PM UAE time).
  
  

Compensation

Competitive, tax-free salary. Statutory entitlements are provided in line with UAE Labor Law, and the full package is finalized at the offer stage. This is a role for someone who wants to build a function properly; strong performance is recognized and rewarded as the team and the business grow.

Location: On-site at our new Dubai, UAE office (opening August 2026). Working hours overlap the US East Coast morning — approximately 1:00–10:00 PM UAE time.
