About the Role
Â
As a Dog Bather / Groomer in Training, you’ll be hands-on with the dogs, helping them look and feel their best. You’ll start by mastering the basics—bathing, drying, and providing routine wellness care—with the opportunity to advance into a certified Groomer role through our training program!

What You’ll Do
Â
- Bathe, blow-dry, clip/grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, clean teeth, and express glands
- Prep dogs for grooming according to the service ticket
- Perform wellness checks using our S.C.E.N.T. Check app
- Work as part of a team to ensure services are completed efficiently
- Assist team members and ask for assistance when needed
- Ensure the safety of all dogs and team members at all times
- Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
- Perform other duties as needed to keep the center running smoothly
