Further is a data, cloud, and AI company whose focus is helping companies turn raw data into the right decisions. You’ll drive powerful insights for brands like Verizon, American Cancer Society, Behr Paint, and more right from the start. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta in Atlantic Station, you’ll gain cross-functional experience and build a strong foundation to kickstart your career by turning data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions in a professional services environment.

Your first year will include:

  • Helping keep our business running smoothly — your work will matter.
  • Contributing to a positive and fun work environment, building strong relationships across the company beyond just your team.
  • Gaining exposure to executive leadership, financial analysis, and resource management across the entire organization.
  • Tracking milestones for various business initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Maintaining source of truth documentation for company best practices and internal processes.
  • Helping visualize and document workflows to identify areas where we can work faster or more effectively.
  • Updating and auditing resource management tools to ensure consultant availability and skill sets are current.
  • Preparing initial drafts of weekly availability reports to help business leaders identify delivery risks.
  • Monitoring weekly timecard submissions to ensure 100% compliance across the team; follow up with consultants and contractors as needed.
  • Assisting in the monthly financial close process, including time approval reconciliations and data validation.
  • Performing regular health checks on internal data to ensure contractor analysis and financial reporting remain accurate.
