This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits. A real estate license is required but is not needed for the interview process.

- Advise clients on investment strategies and execute transactionsÂ
- Prepare property analyses, including BOVs and market comparablesÂ
- Market exclusive listings and negotiate offers and agreementsÂ
- Prospect, develop, and manage long-term client relationshipsÂ
- Research ownership records, market data and industry trends
- A recent or upcoming college graduate with strong drive and disciplineÂ
