The purpose of this role is to provide high-level administrative and operational support to two Legal Senior Vice Presidents, enabling focused execution across legal department priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex, shifting calendars and prioritize executive time for two Legal SVPs and, as time permits, additional legal department leaders
- Coordinate meetings, offsites, executive briefings, and select enterprise events with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and outside counsel
- Prepare presentations, agendas, talking points, and recurring materials for legal leadership
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and communications on behalf of the SVPs
- Assist with organizing, reviewing, and maintaining contract, litigation, governance, compliance, and other legal-related data to support accurate reporting, tracking, and follow-up
- Provide administrative and operational support across legal department initiatives, including hiring, department meetings, team member recognition, space planning, and leadership-level projects
- Coordinate workstreams, inputs, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across the legal department, outside counsel, and cross-functional business partners
- Operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment, exercising sound judgment, accountability, and flexibility as priorities change
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred
- Minimum five years of experience supporting senior executives, including C-suite, senior vice president, or executive vice president-level leaders
- Experience supporting an in-house legal department or another professionally credentialed corporate function strongly preferred

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle privileged and confidential information professionally and discretely
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively without close supervision
- Familiarity with legal department operations, including contract lifecycle management, e-billing, and litigation and other legal support tools, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to artificial intelligence tools used in a professional setting preferred
