Compensation:Â Budgeted between $56,800 and $68,400 dependent upon years of applicable experience.
Hybrid:Â Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.Â
Responsibilities:
Maintain executive’s calendar as well as the senior leaders / directors (as assigned) within the department and use judgement to maximize time; manage multiple calendars of appointment by coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes at meetings and distributing the notes to designated individuals.
Email correspondence, draft letters and answer phones for executive staff.
Run interference between executives and team members.
Handle and coordinate team on-sites, off-sites, and all other Experity related events.
Complete projects and special assignments as assigned.
Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executive.
Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks for executive and their department, including but not limited to, arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas; completing expense reports as well as department expense management; and running or compiling reports on a scheduled basis.
Maintain superior public relations with business associates and clients.
Assist with presentations to existing clients, prospective clients, and other industry related seminars.
Ensure the effective delivery of outgoing mails, messenger deliveries, overnight deliveries and facsimiles in a well-timed manner.
Track and follow up on deliverables of the executive and department senior leaders/directors.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in conversations with stakeholders.
Oversee general administrative office functions to include ordering supplies, reporting building issues and working with facility vendors.
Be intuitive to the needs of your executive/senior leaders, have a passion for going above and beyond, and leave a positive impression on internal and external customers. Work with other support staff to ensure coordination between departments/areas.
Assemble files and documents; assure files are complete and orderly.
Assists in scheduling of seminars, industry dinners or luncheons, and other functions as requested.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively with staff to provide quality service.

Education and Experience:Â
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of administrative support experience.
Three years of business experience.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred:
Administrative assistant certification.
Background working in a healthcare or technology organization.
Experience working directly with C-Suite.
