Corbu's Pizza ETC. is seeking experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our growing team. Corbu's blends iconic design with crave-worthy Italian flavor. Inspired by legendary architect Le Corbusier and his belief in beauty with purpose, our restaurant was created to offer an experience that feels thoughtful, distinctive, and approachable.

Our artisan pizzas begin with high-hydration dough that is light, airy, and perfectly crisp, made with non-GMO, organic King Arthur flour and whole milk mozzarella placed beneath the toppings for optimal texture and flavor. The menu extends beyond pizza, with vegetable-forward starters, a standout burger, and Italian-inspired craft cocktails designed for guests who want to relax, connect, and stay a while. Guests can watch the action unfold in our open kitchen and state-of-the-art electric pizza oven, enjoy our tucked-away patio and glowing fire pit, or experience Corbu's through dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

We are looking for seasoned bartenders who understand that tending bar is about much more than making drinks. Our ideal candidate creates genuine guest connections, delivers exceptional hospitality, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in craftsmanship behind the bar. You'll be expected to provide attentive service to bar guests while supporting the dining room with timely, accurate beverage production.

This position is ideal for someone who brings maturity, professionalism, strong beverage knowledge, schedule flexibility, and a genuine desire to help establish Corbu's as one of Atlanta's favorite neighborhood restaurants.

What We Are Looking For

Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant is required
Multiple years of recent bartending experience is strongly preferred
Experience preparing classic cocktails with consistency and accuracy
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and Italian-inspired cocktails
A professional, confident, and approachable personality
Outstanding guest service and hospitality skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining speed and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently during both slower and high-volume service periods
Strong organizational and communication skills
Confidence making beverage, wine, and food pairing recommendations
Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
Dependability, maturity, and strong work ethic
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the entire restaurant
Flexible availability based on business needs
A desire to grow with the restaurant and take on additional responsibility over time

Position Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional first impression at the bar
Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
Maintain speed, consistency, and quality throughout every shift
Build genuine relationships with guests while delivering attentive service
Make thoughtful food, wine, beer, and cocktail recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
Accurately ring guest orders and process payments through the POS system
Produce beverages for dining room guests accurately and efficiently
Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs before being asked
Verify legal drinking age and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and managers
Complete opening, running, and closing side work
Assist with inventory organization, stocking, garnishes, and bar preparation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
Follow all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and company policies
Support dine-in, takeout, and delivery operations as needed
Represent Corbu's with professionalism and genuine hospitality

Schedule and Availability

Corbu's serves guests through dine-in, takeout, and delivery, and business levels may change throughout the week. Applicants must be comfortable working a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant.

Availability may include:

Weekday and weekend shifts
Lunch and dinner shifts
Holidays and special events
Opening and closing responsibilities
Additional shifts during high-volume periods
Adjusted schedules as the restaurant continues to grow

The strongest candidates will be dependable, flexible, and willing to expand their schedules as guest traffic and restaurant needs develop.

Qualifications

At least two years of recent full-service bartending experience is preferred
Experience in an elevated-casual, chef-driven, or craft cocktail environment is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to remain organized and composed during busy service
Must be able to stand and work behind the bar for extended periods
Must be able to safely lift kegs, beverage cases, ice buckets, and bar supplies when necessary
Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
