Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the field to promote the agency’s services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and regional revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Report sales activity, client feedback, and market trends to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
