Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: College Park, GA (pending relocation to Smyrna, GA)
Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year
Schedule: Rotational shifts in a 24/7 support environment
Work Type: In-person

Role Overview:
 As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer support issues, handling installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Embross systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer incidents and service requests
- Perform on-site installations and repairs in airports
- Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer service or technical support
- Experience with PC hardware, peripherals, and Windows OS
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and DevOps tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel (domestic and international)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability
- Must be comfortable with a possible commute to Smyrna GA in the coming months.
Preferred Experience:
- Airport or airline industry
- Server and systems installation
- Field service or technical support
- Associates degree in a related field
