Finance Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support for our Enterprise and Mid-Market Restaurants business segments. This role will serve as a key finance partner to sales, operations, customer success, and executive leadership teams, providing financial insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical finance leader with experience supporting high-growth business units, building scalable financial processes, and influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Enterprise and Mid-Market Restaurants segments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue growth, profitability, customer economics, and investment opportunities.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance against financial targets.
  • Identify key business drivers and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to Restaurant sales and business leaders.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Present financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Revenue & Growth Analysis

  • Monitor revenue trends, pipeline performance, customer acquisition metrics, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, contract structures, and profitability by customer segment.
  • Support investment decisions and resource allocation across Enterprise and Mid-Market portfolios.

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks.
  • Deliver clear and concise insights to support decision-making and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and financial analytics capabilities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and mentor finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish priorities, goals, and development plans for team members.
  • Promote best practices in financial analysis, planning, and business partnership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Accounting, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end business reviews.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business finance experience.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting expertise.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced credential.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, technology, fintech, payments, or restaurant industry businesses.
  • Experience with Enterprise and Mid-Market customer segments.
  • Knowledge of BI and planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading high-performing FP&A or strategic finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
