What You'll Do:

The Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to drive business performance. This role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and process improvement, while leveraging data analytics tools to enhance decision making.

 

Please note : The ideal candidate will live in or near the Doraville GA area. This candidate will be expected to commute into our corporate office 2-3/ days a week. 

 

 

How You'll Do It:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.

 • Monitor and analyze revenue streams and expense trends.

• Design and implement automated reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau).

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial policies.

• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.

• Perform ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
