We鈥檙e hiring a Floating Service Technician who will travel between communities within our Atlanta multifamily portfolio, lending a hand where extra support is needed. You鈥檒l work side by side with onsite teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best鈥攁ll while being recognized for your expertise.
What You鈥檒l Do:
路 Travel to different properties and provide hands-on service support.

Requirements
What We鈥檙e Looking For:
路 HVAC certified (required).
路 Experienced service tech with a variety of repair and maintenance skills.
路 Professional, dependable, and efficient.
路 Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills.
路 Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
路 Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
