Ascensa Health has been serving the Atlanta community for over 60 years; providing substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment to nearly 1500 individuals each year. Our agency is currently seeking a  Group Facilitator. 

Duties include:

  • Facilitate psycho-educational/ Relapse Prevention groups for clients 
  • Complete BIRP notes for each client in group.
  • Maintain a small caseload of Individual clients/ sessions

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field and experience working with Substance Abuse Disorders. LMSW/ LAPC/ CADC-II is preferred.
