Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support service and maintenance work throughout the Atlanta metro area. This role will primarily focus on residential systems but may also include work on light commercial and multifamily HVAC equipment.
The ideal candidate is a dependable technician who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance while delivering quality workmanship and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
• Service equipment in residential homes, multifamily housing, and light commercial environments
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly with customers or property managers
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
Requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
