Overview

Responsible for the coordination of activities and resources for all hospital financial or clinical applications.

Responsibilities

Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all hospital financial or clinical applications.

Responsible for coordinating design, build, testing, implementation, training, upgrades, support, and overall system management of all NSH financial or clinical applications.

Maintain a user issues log and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.

Maintain up-to-date financial or clinical application databases.

Complete work order and invoice processing in a timely manner.

Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Immediately reports and mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to the director.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field OR five (5) years equivalent job experience.

Three (3) years prior management or project management experience in a healthcare environment, healthcare systems consulting, or healthcare systems vendor setting.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

Six (6) plus years healthcare financial or clinical systems experience.

Extensive experience in project management

Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
