JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises, trains, monitors andcoachesdepartmentstaff  
  • Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operationalstandards  
  • Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of the F&B Manager 
  • Performs department opening and/or closingduties  
  • Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused onserving the customer at alltimes  
  • Immediately and respectfully resolves guestrequests  
  • Perform various other duties asassigned

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of High School education  
  • Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision 
  • Alcohol awareness certificationpreferred 

 

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES

  • Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally  
  • Team player  
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and teammembers  
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to work flexible hours andshifts 
  • Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards 
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
